Yesterday I bought a 2007 Highlander through Taylor Certified Pre-owned. I dealt with Brian Williams. I am 65 years old and have bought, sold and traded many cars. I would like to tell you I hate buying and trading cars with a passion. I cannot stand car salesmen and the interminable games one has to go through to buy a car. Yesterday with Brian that was not the case. This was possibly the most pleasant (every thing is relative) car buying experience I can remember. He was prompt, courteous, he had the facts about the car, he had the authority to make adjustments in the dealings and come to a final cost to me and I was in the car and gone in an hour and a half. I enjoyed listening to old war stories and doing business with Brian. You are fortunate to have this wounded veteran on your sales staff. I will certainly send any more business I can his way.

employees. I would like to thank Mr. Vance McCutcheon and Mr. Doug James for the excellent service provided to me in late August of this year.
